1. Who is this bootcamp for?

This bootcamp is designed for accounting students, recent graduates, NYSC members, early-career accountants, professionals returning to accounting, and anyone who wants to build practical accounting software skills.

2. I have never used accounting software before. Can I still join?

Yes. The bootcamp starts with the fundamentals and guides you through practical accounting tasks step by step. No prior software experience is required.

3. Is this a live training?

The programme is fully online and begins with a LIVE onboarding session this Sunday at 7:00 PM (WAT). From Monday to Thursday, you'll complete practical accounting tasks at your own pace, submit your work, and receive feedback.

4. Do I need a laptop?

You can absolutely use a mobile phone or laptop, whichever is convenient for you.

5. How much does the bootcamp cost?

The participation fee is $6, which includes access to the training, practical exercises, 30 days' access to YAPBooks, feedback on your work, and a Certificate of Completion.

6. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who successfully complete the bootcamp will receive a Certificate of Completion.

7. Will this help me get a job?

No training can guarantee employment. However, this bootcamp is designed to help you build practical workplace accounting skills that employers commonly look for and improve your confidence during interviews and on the job.

8. Which accounting software will I learn?

You'll practise using YAPBooks while developing skills that are transferable to other accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero and ERP systems.
